Major Responsibilities:
Act as the key point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Understand client goals and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Prepare proposals, schedules, and reports for ongoing and upcoming work.
Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and quality service.
Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and designers to deliver seamless brand experiences.
Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
2–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing and design workflows is a plus.
